MOTORISTS IN RWANDA PAY PARKING FEES WITH MTN MOBILE MONEY

Following a partnership between MTN Rwanda and the authority tasked with the collection of parking fees around Kigali, the Kigali Veterans Cooperatives Society (KVCS), MTN Mobile Money platform will be used by motorists to send their parking fees to the KVCS.

The motorists will get their ticket instantly, thereby limiting time wastage compared to the previous means they used to pay for parking.

Tesla launches a mobile battery pack which can charge your phone and other devices.

 The PowerBank has a built-in USB, micro USB and lightning cable so you don’t have to use a separate cord when charging your device.

And the battery is almost the same one that powers Tesla cars. It goes for $45.

 

FACEBOOK TO OPEN A HUB SPACE IN NIGERIA.

The U.S social media company will open a “community hub space” in Nigeria next year to encourage software developers and technology entrepreneurs to become tech giants in Africa.

The U.S. social media company said the centre would host an “incubator programme” to help develop technology start-ups, while it will also train 50,000 Nigerians in digital skills.

 

MTN GHANA PARTNERS WITH SORONKO SOLUTIONS FOR SPECIAL CODE ACADEMY.

 

MTN GHANA Foundation in partnership with Soronko Solutions launched the MTN Code Academy for the Deaf.
